and activist, Blotcher draws strength from doing periodic Google

Woodhull Leader and on olderthaniwas.com. Katherine Brown (Manhattan, NY) Former editor of Reckon
Magazine: A magazine of sports/arts/smarts (reckonmag.com). Meridith Buerkle (Somerville, MA) received her B.F.A. from
Massachusetts College of Art, focusing on photography. Still shooting,
she also paints and has recently fallen in love (lust?) with writing.

University. Currently working on a collection of interviews based
on erotica and vices. In her free time, she plays with her camera,

Photographer, songwriter and Boston staple. Amanda Christie (Chicago, IL) Filmmaker and songwriter.
Member of NYC's The Kelly Affair. Shawn Curtis (Brooklyn, NY) Artist and web devoloper. Founding
member of Thinc. Suzanne Dottino (New York, NY) - She is a recent graduate
of the Columbia MFA Writing Program. Her work has been published
in the Literary Journal: Literary New York and her plays have been
produced at The Culture Project in Manhattan. She is the Literary
Director for the Sunday Night Fiction Reading Series at KGB BAR.
Danielle Dwyer (Boston, MA) For the last two years, she
has been making paintings on postage stamps. She overlays images
from her own history onto images that commemorate our shared historical
iconography. By choosing generic scenes and depicting people with
obscured faces, she allows the viewer to identify his/her self with
the moment being portrayed. Angellina Earley (Brooklyn, NY) Our magazine's artist-in-residence.
Every few months, she'll be displaying her work. Her apartment in
Brooklyn overlooks a courtyard where a milk crate with a hole in
it serves as a hoop. In her free time, she teaches swimming and
painting to Brooklyn youth. Jordan Eagles (New York, NY) Contemporary NYC artist explores the extremes of the body-spirit, constructing his canvases with stained glass paints, metallic powders, resin and organic materials such as mammalian blood and eggshells. Eagles designs each piece to strike an aesthetic and emotional balance between the physical and the intangible to explore the relationships within the relationships that govern how the body-spirit relates to infinity. Eagles combines large scale wall drawings with his organic constructions to stimulate the spirit. "Technology allows me to really merge both of my passions,
the pen and the camera. What I don't get from one, I have always
gotten from the other." Sylvia is currently working on a new
project merging both chalk and black and white photos. Jennifer Elia (Somerville, NJ) Libby Ellis (Chicago, IL) Freelance writer (or unemployed
writer—depends on what day you ask her), is spending her summer
eating char dogs, going to the beach, and holding down bar stools
all over Chicago's Wicker Park. When she's not sitting at a coffee
shop writing, she can be found doing laundry or even square dancing.
She's contributed articles about Elvis, tampon cases, health, and
other things to publications including Salon.com, Betty, and Natural
Health. Alex Emanuel (New York, NY) Stage,film, tv actor, and lead
singer, bassist, songwriter for the band Transit Belle. He's also
a committed hobby photographer. Residing on Manhattan's anemic Lower
East Side, he shoots whenever he's able to get out from under the
thumb of the entertainment industry; specializing in people from
all walks of life, in both bizarre and mundane circumstances...basically,

film at the moment. Chris Jordan (Somerville, MA) New England-based photographic artist and teacher specializing in large-format black and white landscapes. Pursuing a "personal" vision of the land, he constructs collage-like sequences of shape, object, and tone that resonate together on abstract and poetic levels. In the M.F.A program at Boston University (Poetry). He spends his
free time feeding his newborn child and running to Mass Ave. for
diapers. Amanda Tinker (Philadelphia, PA) Teaches photography at
the University of Temple and various other colleges in Philly proper.
Her work has been shown in and around various studios in Philadelphia.
Terri Trespicio (Newton, MA) Commuting too much. Catalog
copywriter/ wig expert by day. In her free time, she acts in commercials,
dances for Rainbow Tribe (rainbowtribe.org), and guards her rock
boy from groupies. She was named a finalist in the 2001 Glimmer
Train Poetry Open and most recently published work in the Greensboro
Review, where it was given an honorable mention. James Trivers writes fiction as his way of compensating for the things he can't do in the real world. He has written a movie that is presently being shown on the High Definition Movie Channel, Norma Jean, Jack and Me. Ryan Wells (Maui, HI) Has spent his past few years teaching
Science and History to little boys in Samoa. He has recently moved
out to Hawaii where he now sits on the beach and roasts marshmallows
with the love of his life, Susan. Winnie Wong (Boston, MA) One of the founding members of
the Pu-Na-Ni (her cohort is currently hiding in Belgium). She is
often seen jumping little kids for yesterdays air Nikes, shoving
her fists in her mouth, and chasing the biggest bumblebees in the
neighborhood till they sting her. Andrew Woodward (Boston, MA) Artist. His work has been exhibited
at various gallery shows in Boston, Ohio, and Colorado. His art
was published in 1994 by The Red Wheelbarrow Jane Wylen (New Smyrna Beach, FL) Writer with the New School
